Questions people ask

Do I have to give you access to everything?

No. We start at the edge, usually your website and your inbox, and only go further when there's a reason and you say so. Every login we hold is listed in writing, and you can pull any of them at any time.

Is this AI?

Some of it. We use AI where it does a job well, like drafting a reply to a lead or sorting incoming requests. We don't use it as a selling point. If a plain automation does the job, that's what you get.

Do I need new software?

Usually not. Most businesses already pay for more than they use. We connect what you have first and only recommend something new when it will clearly pay for itself.

What happens if something breaks at night?

Care clients get a fix the next business day. CTO clients get same day. Either way, you text one person, not a help desk.

What if I want to stop?

After the minimum term, 30 days' notice. Everything we built stays yours, with documentation, so the next person can pick it up.

Do you work outside Wichita?

On-site work is Wichita and the surrounding towns. Remote work can go anywhere.
