It's the Walkthrough, three days long. We cover every system, every workflow, and every person who touches them. We sit with the people doing the work, not just the owner.
The roadmap
At the end you get a written technology roadmap: what to connect, what to replace, and what to automate, in priority order.
We build the first two items from it as part of setup. You also get our data-handling agreement, signed before we touch a login.
The monthly cadence
